Can I check-in in the evening?
Yes, you are free to check-in any time after 3pm since check-in is virtual. You will be provided with a code to access the key at a time convenient to you. We request that if you are checking-in late that you are mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
Subject to availability it may be possible for you to check-in earlier or check-out later than the standard times. This will need to be booked and agreed in advance. Please do not arrive earlier or stay later unless agreed.
Is there parking available at the property?
Due to the central location of our Colchester property we are not able to offer parking, however if you are staying for over 14 days we can provide you with a FREE parking permit for one vehicle. If you are staying for less than 14 days we can provide the parking permit for a small fee. Please enquire when booking.
At Chelmsford we we have an allocated parking space for one vehicle in apartment block car park - height restriction of 2.2m.
Why do I have to pay a security deposit?
When booking directly with us we will ask that you pay a small security deposit to protect us against damage and to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of your check-out after the property has been checked.
