Can I arrive in the evening?
Yes, you are free to check-in any time after 3pm since check-in is virtual. You will be provided with a code to access the key at a time convenient to you. We request that if you are checking-in late that you are mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
Subject to availability it may be possible for you to check-in earlier or check-out later than the standard times. This will need to be booked and agreed in advance. Please do not arrive earlier or stay later unless agreed.
Why do I have to pay a security deposit?
When booking directly with us we will ask that you pay a small security deposit to protect us against damage and to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of your check-out after the property has been checked.
